About the Role
JetBrains is developing an AI-native platform for software development, focusing on AI governance capabilities within JetBrains Console. This role will lead the vision and execution for customer-facing AI analytics, providing visibility into AI adoption, usage, cost, and impact across teams and products.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for AI analytics within JetBrains Console.
- Drive product discovery using customer research, product telemetry, usage data, and feedback.
- Define and develop analytics experiences across adoption, usage, cost, activity, and impact.
- Identify, define, and improve product metrics for analytics.
- Generate, prioritize, and validate hypotheses through research, data analysis, and experimentation.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data warehouse teams to define problems and shape solutions.
- Collaborate with adjacent product teams to build coherent customer experiences.
- Help shape the next generation of analytics capabilities, including deeper dashboards, segmentation, and API-enabled access.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise software.
- Experience building analytics, observability, reporting, or admin-facing products.
- A technical background or hands-on experience with software development.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and developer workflows.
- Strong understanding of product metrics, telemetry, and data-informed decision-making.
- Comfortable working with technical products and engineering-heavy teams.
- Proficient in English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience in AI products for developers, governance, compliance, or usage-based platforms.
- Experience building products for software teams, engineering organizations, or technical decision-makers.
