About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate a global DevSecOps engineering program across multiple time zones. This role involves optimizing Agile processes for DevSecOps, SRE, and Data Science workflows, resolving cross-regional blockers, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) adapting to a follow-the-sun model to minimize meeting fatigue while maximizing cross-regional alignment.
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate delivery blockers, working closely with the TPM and SDMs to ensure engineers are never stalled at shift boundaries.
- Continuously evolve Agile processes tailored specifically for DevSecOps, SRE, and Data Science workflows.
- Maintain a highly collaborative and friendly work atmosphere across diverse cultural hubs, ensuring psychological safety and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the US (e.g., Green card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD).
- 5+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master for highly technical infrastructure, cybersecurity, or platform engineering teams.
- Proven experience adapting Agile methodologies for distributed, multi-timezone teams.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
