About the Role

JLL is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services. We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Value and Risk Advisory team in Berlin for at least 6 months, starting in Q3.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of individual and portfolio valuations using national and international valuation standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA & ImmoWertV) for various property types.
• Support portfolio analyses and valuations for acquisition/disposal processes, financial reporting, and financing purposes.
• Conduct market and location analyses and assist in the preparation of valuation reports.
• Participate in property viewings for practical experience.
• Operate in an international work environment for national and international clients.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate Economics, Business Administration, Economics, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).
• Good MS Office skills (especially Excel).
• Independent work ethic, high commitment, motivation, and ambition.
• Enjoy working collaboratively in a team and possess strong customer orientation.
