About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join Suvera's Product team during a key growth phase. This role offers the opportunity to rapidly advance by taking ownership of a new product from inception to completion with significant ambition. The ideal candidate will possess the confidence and curiosity to identify core user needs and iterate towards effective solutions. You will act as a collaborative partner to engineering, design, and clinical teams, demonstrating a deep understanding of the product, identifying critical problems, and clearly defending prioritization decisions. This position reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Independently run discovery processes, including user research and stakeholder interviews.
  • Synthesize findings and translate them into clear product requirements that are refined during delivery.
  • Utilize tools like Mixpanel and Omni to identify meaningful product insights, supported by strong intuition and adherence to product principles.
  • Integrate quantitative and qualitative data to inform roadmap decisions and challenge requests lacking evidence.
  • Serve as the primary product liaison between Engineering and Design.
  • Deeply understand technical architecture, identify constraints early, and co-design user-centered and technically sound solutions.
  • Contribute to product vision and ensure the roadmap supports long-term goals across clinical workflows, patient experiences, and practice-facing tools.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of startup product management experience.
  • Ideally, a technical or design background; open to engineers or designers transitioning into product.
  • Ability to work scrappily, bringing rapid clarity in ambiguous 0-1 environments with a lean team.
  • Capacity to operate independently with conviction, from scoping unknowns to defining requirements and success criteria.
  • Strong user empathy, with genuine curiosity about care advisors, patients with long-term conditions, and NHS GP practices.
  • Genuine technical fluency, including comfort with API documentation, system design trade-offs, and collaboration with engineers.
  • Data literacy, comfortable using tools like Mixpanel for insights and integrating quantitative and qualitative perspectives.
  • Clear and simple communication skills, effective with engineers, designers, clinicians, and co-founders.
  • Accountability and resilience, owning mistakes, recalibrating under pressure, and building trust through composure and consistency.
  • Willingness to work in the office at least 3 days per week, with flexibility for remote work.
  • Background in healthtech, digital health, or regulated environments is a plus.
  • Experience working in or alongside clinical settings or NHS-adjacent organizations is a plus.
  • Strong experience with Mixpanel, Figma, Linear, or similar product and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to API design, data modeling, or direct work with engineering systems is a plus.
