About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer at Unframe, you will be the first technical point of contact for prospects. You will engage in early discussions, demonstrate existing solutions built on Unframe, and help potential customers align their requirements with our platform. Your role involves demonstrating AI-powered use cases across various industries and guiding technical discovery to illustrate the possibilities with our technology. This is a high-impact, external-facing position bridging Sales, Product, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and demos in early-stage calls with Strategic Account Executives.
Deliver compelling live demos customized to customer pain points and use cases.
Translate customer pain points into relevant AI-powered solution examples.
Clearly and confidently communicate the value and architecture of Unframe.
Build credibility and trust with prospects, acting as a strategic partner in shaping their AI vision.
Provide feedback to Product, Marketing, and R&D teams based on customer interactions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or product management.
Solid understanding of enterprise software, APIs, and modern cloud platforms.
Ability to confidently present technical products to both business and technical audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrated curiosity, collaboration, and customer focus, with the ability to ask effective questions and build strong relationships.
