About the Role

The Manager, Operations, Data & Reporting plays a key execution role in supporting the data management, systems, and operational workflows for the SEO Career & Alternative Investments department. This role supports the full scope of the Data & Reporting function, including Salesforce CRM maintenance, partner analytics and reporting, data integrity, and stakeholder responsiveness. The Manager also contributes to broader Operations team projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of corporate partner and participant data in Salesforce.
  • Oversee workflows, governance protocols, and data standards in Salesforce.
  • Partner with the Finance team to manage the partner contribution lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment of data across integrated technology platforms.
  • Conduct regular data audits and clean-up activities.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and recurring reports.
  • Prepare ad hoc data pulls, analysis, and reports.
  • Compile and organize data on partner engagement metrics.
  • Monitor and flag data anomalies, reporting discrepancies, or incomplete records.
  • Serve as a flexible resource for priority workstreams across the broader Ops team.
  • Create and maintain project tracking tools in Monday.com.
  • Provide shared inbox coverage and respond to inquiries.
  • Support participant enrollment and system tracking.
  • Assist with event data tracking and operational logistics.
  • Support administrative and financial processes.
  • Perform other assigned duties in support of Operations team goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in operations, data management, program coordination, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM required.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Monday.com, or comparable reporting and project management tools strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS365, Box, and Monday.com.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred.
