About the Role
As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Tech at ARX Robotics, you will be the strategic force behind building our world-class engineering organization. You will partner directly with leadership across software, hardware, and autonomy to hire the talent that designs and builds the future of autonomous ground systems. This role is a critical partner in our mission, owning the technical hiring strategy from defining priorities to closing critical hires.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic hiring plans that translate the technology roadmap into a world-class engineering team, covering both software and hardware.
- Create proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill technical roles through advanced sourcing, market mapping, and strategic outreach.
- Build a powerful employer brand narrative that resonates with top engineering talent and positions ARX Robotics as a leader in the deep-tech community.
- Manage an end-to-end hiring journey for senior technical roles, owning every step from initial outreach to final offer.
- Foster a data-driven technical recruitment culture, using metrics to guide hiring decisions and elevate the talent bar.
- Design scalable hiring strategies that anticipate future technical needs.
- Ensure an inclusive, agile, and compliant hiring process that guarantees an exceptional experience for every engineering candidate.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of proven track record in full-cycle talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruiting both software and hardware engineers.
- Prior experience in a fast-growing deep-tech or technology scale-up is a significant plus.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing, market mapping, and building strong talent pipelines for highly specialized and senior technical roles.
- Data-first mindset, with the ability to use metrics to inform strategy, influence senior engineering leaders, and drive results.
- Genuine passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience and a drive for continuous innovation in technical recruitment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility and confidence to act as a trusted advisor to tech leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment, adapting quickly to evolving technical priorities.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- German language skills are an advantage.
