About the Role

As the Talent Operations Specialist at ARX Robotics, you will own the candidate journey, ensuring a seamless experience and acting as the architect of our hiring engine. You will bring structure to a high-growth environment, optimize systems, and serve as the central point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, driven by a passion for operational excellence and a world-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a seamless and efficient scheduling process to manage a high volume of interviews across technical and business departments.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience where every applicant feels valued, informed, and respected.
• Develop a best-in-class hiring funnel within the ATS (Greenhouse), optimized for data integrity, efficient workflows, and bottleneck elimination.
• Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring teams to ensure smooth and effective interview processes.
• Establish a reputation for operational excellence through ownership and improvements that attract top talent.

Requirements

• Experience thriving in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment with a proven ability to bring structure and clarity to complexity.
• Meticulous attention to detail and understanding of the impact of every interaction on the employer brand.
• Proficiency with a modern Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Greenhouse) and ability to leverage tools for automation and efficiency.
• Clear, confident, and professional communication skills in English (German is a strong plus).
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with initiative to design, propose, and implement improvements.
