About the Role
The Installation Scheduling Coordinator will act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and Clients, ensuring seamless interdepartmental coordination and Client relations for major installations/upgrades. This position manages the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of all installations for the Region, aiming for a seamless installation of equipment with minimal impact.
Responsibilities
- Work with Client and internal Departments to review availability of internal install resources, machines, and communicate scheduling.
- Work closely with Purchasing/Parts to ensure required inventory is forecasted and available.
- Work with Client, sales, and Service Management to set up an installation/upgrade schedule.
- Collaborate with Sales Admin Group to ensure machine movements and required paperwork are completed.
- Work closely with Marketing and Card Production to ensure resident collaterals and signage are available.
- Maintain regular Client communications and troubleshoot issues, making necessary schedule changes.
- Maintain regular communications with all parties to monitor project success and make changes based on issues or feedback.
- Report back to Operations Management/Executive on installation plan status.
Requirements
- Highly organized with strong administrative experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a busy installation coordination environment with focus on client administration/service & operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and willingness to collaborate.
- Excellent ability to deal with people at all levels and build trust.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
- Strong project management skills with excellent time management skills.
- Intermediate P.C. skills with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Some field travel will be necessary.
- A valid Ontario driver’s license with an excellent driving record will be required.
