About the Role

The Director role within the Field Alliances Operations team will be responsible for building and managing a Field Alliances Operations theater team to support the growing CrowdStrike Partner ecosystem and partner with the Alliances leadership team. This position requires an individual who can balance strategy with tactical execution in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with changing requirements. The successful candidate will be an experienced field operations leader capable of building and developing high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Business Partner for Theater leader, helping them manage their business and solve problems, partnering with the extended Alliances operations team.
  • Build and manage a team to ensure day-to-day operational excellence of Crowdstrike Alliances team.
  • Work proactively with Alliances leaders, aligning with their strategy and priorities.
  • Lead territory planning, goal setting, and quota assigning process for Theater.
  • Act as an expert on operational processes and advisor to Alliances leader(s) and their team(s).
  • Work cross-functionally with other Alliances ops teams and leverage their experience.
  • Interpret data and prepare metrics and KPIs for management.
  • Advise on process enhancements and liaise with IT and capability teams.
  • Participate in QBRs to ensure processes align with business needs and provide recommendations.
  • Institute best practices and scalable processes, including data flow.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes as the partnership model expands.
  • Align with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive user experience for partners.
  • Help set up KPIs to monitor and optimize sales and partner performance.
  • Manage onboarding of new hires, knowledge transfer, and training materials.
  • Optimize and prioritize tasks and act as a point for escalation within the theater region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years People Management experience
  • 10 years of Field Sales OR Channel/Partner Operations experience
  • Proven experience in managing field territory models
  • Proven experience in leading a goaling/quota setting process
  • Ability to establish strong partnerships and relationships and work across organizational boundaries
  • Ability to quickly synthesize data and provide recommendations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Expertise in business applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and PowerBI
  • Curious mind and willingness to constantly improve experience for partners and internal teams
