About the Role
The Corporate Strategy Team at Wolters Kluwer drives growth and strategic transformation. This role involves a mix of classic strategy and hands-on transformation work, focusing on market deep-dives, competitive landscape analysis, and supporting executive leadership. The position offers high visibility and the opportunity to influence portfolio strategy and business deep-dives.
Responsibilities
- Run project work with key stakeholders.
- Assist with the annual strategic planning process.
- Analyze the competitive landscape.
- Support the Executive Board (CEO and CFO) and the Supervisory Board.
- Conduct market deep-dives or diagnostics with actionable recommendations in partnership with divisions and business units.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
- 2+ years of work experience in a top strategy consulting firm with focus on Strategy & Corporate Finance, Growth Strategy or Commercial Due Diligence work.
- Preference for B2B tech industry focus.
- Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
