About the Role
This role is the accountability seat on every Greenlight engagement, owning the client relationship, commercial track, and delivery cadence for AI and automation projects. You will work in an environment where AI tools are embedded in daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact from kickoff through post-delivery review.
- Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, business leads, and key stakeholders.
- Own scope management and change control, identifying creep early and facilitating commercial conversations.
- Lead difficult conversations regarding expectation resets, delays, and scope disputes.
- Maintain commercial awareness across your portfolio, flagging risks to margin, timeline, or client satisfaction.
- Understand what is being built on every engagement to represent it accurately to client executives.
- Track delivery against the cadence from kickoff to go-live.
- Identify and drive resolution for delivery risks such as slow discovery, SDD delays, build blockers, and UAT gaps.
- Maintain the RAID log, delivery schedule, and status reporting.
- Manage competing priorities across 3–4 concurrent engagements.
- Create conditions for the Automation Business Consultant and Engineer(s) to perform optimally.
- Review Consultant deliverables for quality and alignment with client expectations.
- Coach the consultant through complex stakeholder sessions and discovery conversations.
- Manage resource capacity and flag resourcing risks early.
- Proactively track whether clients are realizing expected automation and AI value.
- Lead go-live communications, confidence management, and post-delivery debriefs.
- Identify expansion opportunities within active accounts and surface them to the account team.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in a delivery, project management, or client-facing consulting role within technology.
- Proven track record managing short-cycle software delivery projects (3–6 months) end-to-end across a portfolio of concurrent engagements.
- Direct exposure to AI or automation project delivery.
- Experience managing executive and senior stakeholder relationships, including difficult commercial conversations and expectation management.
- Background in a consulting or managed services with experience delivering AI or agentic automation projects.
- Track record of managing scope, change orders, and commercial conversations in a professional services or managed services environment.
- Agile delivery experience, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives.

Salary/Compensations
- $110,000 – $130,000 CAD Currency annually
