About the Role

GigSafe is seeking an Accountant to join its finance team, playing a hands-on role in financial operations. This position will ensure accurate financial records, timely closes, and efficient invoicing and payment workflows, offering significant ownership within a dynamic fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting records in QuickBooks
• Prepare daily journal entries
• Support monthly close processes
• Reconcile bank accounts and financial records
• Manage invoicing and accounts receivable tracking
• Assist with financial reporting
• Help improve accounting workflows and internal processes

Requirements

• 3-6 years of accounting experience
• Strong QuickBooks proficiency
• Experience supporting monthly close
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in startup, fintech or SaaS environments
• CPA or CPA-track
