About the Role

Become a member of our Dedicated Support Engineer team, solving technical challenges and leveraging soft skills to thrill clients. Manage a ticket queue to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting, enabling customer satisfaction and company growth. Work in tandem with LiveRamp’s Technical Services team to support global brands, advertisers, agencies, financial institutions, and data providers. Be a pioneering member of a newly established team with a metrics-driven, people-centric culture, adapting and thriving in an evolving environment. Analyze and seize opportunities to continuously improve customer outcomes using KPIs, case data, qualitative reviews, and feedback. Implement and configure workflows to streamline setup for new clients and improve efficiency for existing ones.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a ticket queue to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting
  • Implement and configure workflows to streamline setup for new clients and improve efficiency for existing ones
  • Analyze and seize opportunities to continuously improve customer outcomes using KPIs, case data, qualitative reviews, & feedback

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in advertising technology, marketing services or software technology in a customer support or delivery services role
  • History of resolving customer issues quickly, with sustainable solutions, while delighting all stakeholders
  • Track record of successfully facilitating processes that result in experience improvements for internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in prioritizing work with little oversight
  • Open-minded, collaborative, dependable, and poised when working through customer or internal challenges
  • Resourcefulness
  • Great communication skills with external customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work and succeed in ambiguous situations with little direction
  • Ability to respond promptly and follow through on projects to completion
  • Willingness to work in a standard 9am-5pm window, with flexibility and potential on-call or weekend coverage
  • Strategic and forward thinking, proven ability to plan ahead
  • Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, cross-functional, hardworking and proactive

  • Ability to execute and understand existing queries
  • Ability to make adjustments to queries as needed

  • $92,500 to $140,500
