About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and personable Functional Architect to join our Data & Dynamics team. You will design, architect, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, leveraging your deep expertise in sales, customer service, field service, and marketing processes to drive client success through configuration and the Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, Business Analysts, and Developers to define and deliver innovative solutions.
- Design and implement D365 CE solutions to address client requirements.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product demonstrations, and education.
- Consult with clients to identify needs and problem areas.
- Support the development of estimates, Statements of Work, and proposals.
- Analyze complex requirements to develop IT strategies using D365 CE and the Power Platform.
- Maintain knowledge of updates to D365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Promote best practices for organizational change management and user adoption.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps for backlog management.
- Produce comprehensive documentation including architecture designs, data models, and integration plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in customer engagement domains.
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE or legacy Dynamics CRM.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- 3+ years of experience with Agile frameworks.
- Proven experience as a business analyst.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Self-motivated with a drive for continuous professional development.
