About the Role
We are seeking an experienced technician to join our team under new local ownership. You will work directly with leadership to improve shop processes, mentor junior technicians, and play a key role in building a high-performing team. This is a senior-level position focused on complex diagnostics and major mechanical repairs.
Responsibilities
- Independently diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, HVAC, and major mechanical concerns
- Mentor and develop younger technicians
- Collaborate with ownership to improve shop processes
- Contribute to building a high-performing team
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Proven experience diagnosing drivability, electrical, and engine performance concerns
- Ability to perform major repairs and diagnostics independently
- EPA 609 certification
- Must provide own tools
- Valid driver's license
- Successful completion of a background check

Salary/Compensations
- $35-$45 per flagged hour
- Guaranteed 40 paid hours per week for the first 6 months
