About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Instructor passionate about transforming the lives of K-12th grade students through math education. This role offers consistent hours, a fun and supportive work culture, opportunities for advancement, and continuous training.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver instruction in a group setting
- Monitor students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Communicate student progress with Centre Director
- Teach in-Centre using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
Requirements
- Passion and mastery in the language math while working with and motivating students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and an openness to adapt and improve
- Exceptional math competency through Gr. 11 Functions
- Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
- All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.
