About the Role

As the first PM dedicated to Duet, you will set the roadmap, own the customer relationship, and define how to build software that enables agents to improve themselves. This role is at the intersection of product, AI research, and go-to-market.

Responsibilities

• Own the Duet product roadmap from discovery through delivery.
• Spend meaningful time with customers to understand how they use Duet.
• Partner with engineering and research teams to ship and validate quickly.
• Develop evaluation criteria for Duet's AI output quality.
• Work with GTM to translate Duet's capabilities into proof points for CX leaders and technical buyers.
• Join customer calls and sales demos.
• Define key metrics for adoption and agent improvement over time.
• Compress days of manual analysis into minutes with Duet.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience at a company building AI, developer tooling, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of owning a significant product surface area and shipping features used by customers.
• Technical acumen to understand AI model behavior and evaluate AI output quality.
• Strong written communication skills for specs, strategy documents, and async updates.
• Excellent customer instincts for conducting discovery and understanding needs.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features or working with LLMs in a product context is a strong plus.
• A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree or equivalent technical experience is preferred.
• Previous startup or high-growth company experience is a plus.
• Experience with building prototypes and 0-to-1 products is a plus.
