About the Role
As our Manager of Data Insights, you will be the ultimate data storyteller, transforming complex data landscapes into clear, company-wide strategies that fuel execution across Docebo. Reporting directly to the Director of Data, you will serve as a vital bridge between our cutting-edge Core Data team and executive business leaders across North America and EMEA. Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a talented team of data analysts to design high-impact reports, dashboards, and deep-dive analytics that deliver timely insights across all business functions.
- Support the Director of Data in executing a future-forward data analytics strategy and roadmap that aligns perfectly with Docebo’s hyper-growth goals.
- Partner closely with the Core Data team to ensure the robustness, scalability, and absolute efficiency of our BI platforms, data models, and ETL processes.
- Build and own deep relationships with functional leaders across Finance, RevOps, Customer Success, and GTM leadership in both North America and EMEA to translate burning business questions into executive-level KPIs.
- Act as the Director of Data's primary point of presence in North America, representing the Data organization with local leadership to embed intelligence directly into regional strategic and operational planning.
- Leverage advanced analytics techniques, predictive modeling, and stay ahead of emerging technology trends to uncover new opportunities.
- Implement and enforce elite standards for validation, governance, and quality assurance within the data analytics function to guarantee undeniable data integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of successfully managing or leading high-performing analyst teams.
- Deep expertise in modern BI and data visualization tools.
- Strong practical knowledge of advanced analytics languages like Python and SQL for complex data analysis.
- Navigate data warehousing environments (like Snowflake) with ease.
- Expert grasp of data modeling best practices.
- Track record of leading cross-functional analytics initiatives.
- Align beautifully with data engineering teams.
- Deliver complex data stories with clarity and impact.
- Exceptional presentation skills to influence organizational change and align senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, results-oriented attitude dedicated to data quality, process optimization, and nurturing the continuous professional development of your team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or a related quantitative discipline.
