About the Role
The Fulfilment Process Analyst supports continuous improvement, governance, and operational excellence across end-to-end fulfilment processes. This role ensures process efficiency, high-quality execution, consistent documentation, and effective stakeholder engagement for smooth business-as-usual operations and strategic transformation.
Responsibilities
- Process Improvement Execution
- BAU Change Requests (CRs)
- Change Management
- Process Documentation Update
- Engagement with the Training Team
Requirements
- Analysis and problem solving
- Experience with change management, process governance, or continuous improvement programs is an advantage.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
Skills
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Experience working with Salesforce development teams
- Strong understanding of fulfilment, order-to-invoice, or operational process management within an enterprise software business
