About the Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be an active participant in the design process from concept to creation, supporting the Marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing in-house agency within a company focused on building an industry-leading marketing program.
Responsibilities
- Participate in group brainstorming and concept development sessions with key stakeholders.
- Interpret needs and create innovative designs to convey desired ideas.
- Manage the design process from initial prototype to final mechanicals.
- Create marketing collateral including brochures and presentations that elevate the brand.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Art Director to implement design changes and adhere to brand standards.
- Manage and document project approval processes.
- Lead design initiatives and facilitate design direction across the creative team.
- Prioritize projects and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Provide input to improve the creative process and assist in QA.
- Communicate and problem-solve with teammates, clients, and vendors.
- Expand creative skills and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- B2B design experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Adobe CC applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience creating multimedia presentations.
- Understanding of marketing strategy and ability to execute design solutions.
- Experience working with clients to identify needs and present solutions.
- Strong data visualization and typography skills.
- Ability to work quickly to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and learn technical information quickly.
