About the Role

As a Senior Change Manager, you will lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary programmes and complex projects, shaping how the bank delivers for its customers. This role involves inspiring teams, influencing strategy, and driving transformation for business growth. You will take accountability for end-to-end change delivery, aligning programmes with business strategy and ensuring benefits are realized. You will integrate people, technology, and strategy, manage procurements and supplier relationships, and present insights to senior leadership to champion measurable business improvement and cultural evolution.

Responsibilities

  • E2E accountability of change delivery for a Business outcome or a complex Project/Programme.
  • Coordinate between multiple Business areas on requirements/dependencies for a unified design/plan.
  • Manage plans, ORA, stakeholder communication, and exceptions, aligning with Service and Risk functions.
  • Manage third-party deliverables, ensuring quality and quantity.
  • Trace plans back to roadmaps and strategic OKRs.
  • Lead transformative change that strengthens the organization and enables people, customers, and communities to thrive.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in change management/PMO/project management with strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in business case development, finance management, delivery planning, stakeholder mapping, and communication plans.
  • Thorough understanding of agile delivery practices.
  • Proven track record on successful management and mitigation of project/programme risks and issues.
  • Robust knowledge of IT infrastructure, Business changes, and their implications.
  • Experience preparing and delivering reports and presentations to stakeholders regarding project status, results, and recommendations.
  • Experience determining the full scale and scope of the programme and its impact on the business.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to manage large, multi-disciplined, or highly technical teams, often through others.
  • Ability to define, shape, and develop project requirements and solutions with stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence strategy at a divisional level.
  • Control project cost, time, quality, and benefits, ensuring business case delivery.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.

  • Degree level education in relevant subject is desirable.
  • MSP, PMP, PRINCE 2 practitioner, agile or external PMO certification are advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary/Compensations

  • £71,862.00 - £107,794.00 per annum
