About the Role
This position is within the Marketing & Technology service, focusing on combining data, technology, creative content, and paid media to drive revenue through digital marketing solutions. The role involves servicing an exciting new client and contributing to the growth and success of their digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-market paid search and shopping campaigns for clients
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for campaign optimisation
- Utilize automation and data within campaigns, including AI, to improve performance
- Create and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with client goals
- Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly
- Carry out technical analysis, content & authority analysis
- Set up implementation plans and workflows
- Respond to client (internal and external) briefs
- Report on activity on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Have direct client communication
Requirements
- At least 3 years of prior experience in managing and optimizing paid search & shopping campaigns, preferably within a digital agency or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of paid search platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Experience with client communication
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in the use of Excel/Sheets and familiarity with Word/Docs and PowerPoint/Slides
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment
- Directly available to start working from either our Berlin, Hamburg or Cologne office
- Full working proficiency in the English language
