About the Role

We are looking for interns to join our team and contribute to the development of web applications, actively shaping user experiences. You will connect frontend development and UX design, creating interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also functional in a medical context.

Responsibilities

• Development and enhancement of web interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML & CSS.
• UX/UI design for complex applications, from wireframes to code implementation.
• Responsive design for various devices and platforms.
• Optimization of performance and usability for a seamless user experience.
• Collaboration with backend, product, and design teams for holistic feature implementation.
• Iterative improvement of existing interfaces based on feedback and usage scenarios.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Media Informatics, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Web Development, or a comparable discipline with a focus on Frontend & User Experience.
• Good knowledge of React, JavaScript, HTML & CSS.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Interest in technical applications within the health or MedTech sector.
• Structured approach to work, creativity, and teamwork skills.
• Good command of German or English.
• Motivation, willingness to learn, and a good sense for users are valued more than perfect skills.
