  • Partner with our GTM engineer to design and ship new outbound campaigns and workflows.

  • Player-coach mentality, willing to roll up sleeves and assist the team directly when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, direct feedback, and confident presentation of pipeline performance to senior stakeholders.
  • Mid-market ICP fluency, understanding the buying process at companies with 200–2,000 employees and ability to teach SDRs to navigate it.
  • Experience working alongside or managing a GTM engineering or RevOps function (NICE TO HAVE).
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI prospecting tools (e.g. Clay, Apollo, Unify, or similar) (NICE TO HAVE).
