About the Role

Rainforest is seeking experienced Software Engineers passionate about building rock-solid payment products. You will join our engineering team to build and scale an early-stage fintech product using Go, Vue, and AWS, working within one of our 3 product-driven engineering teams. We seek innovators who can get things done and collaborate effectively, enjoying crafting reliable SaaS APIs and helping other developers build their businesses.

Responsibilities

Build product at an early-stage company, creating new solutions rather than refactoring existing code.
Ensure high availability and security of the product to facilitate seamless movement of customer funds.
Collaborate with team members in engineering, product, and across the wider organization to realize product visions.

Requirements

5+ years as a Software Developer or similar role at a SaaS, payments, or technology company.
Experience with full-stack web development leveraging cloud technologies.
Proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to partner closely with product, operations, risk, and finance.
Demonstrated ability to work within an agile team structure in a collaborative manner.
Experience building SaaS web applications and REST APIs with a solid foundation of related concepts.
