About the Role
The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for the design and evolution of digital products within a multidisciplinary project team, supported by a Senior Designer. The role involves the entire UX/UI design cycle, from user needs analysis to delivering high-fidelity mockups for development teams, ensuring high quality and interface consistency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user needs and business objectives.
- Design and optimize user flows.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and functional flows.
- Participate in design workshops with Product, Business, and IT teams.
- Identify pain points and propose user-centered improvements.
- Produce high-fidelity mockups adhering to graphic standards.
- Ensure visual, ergonomic, and responsive consistency of interfaces.
- Contribute to the evolution and enrichment of the Design System.
- Prepare specification elements for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Design teams.
- Support developers in interface integration.
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends and new digital uses.
- Propose innovative approaches, including AI design tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design.
- Proficiency in UX methods: User Flows, wireframes, prototyping, workshops.
- Ability to produce professional-quality high-fidelity mockups.
- Good understanding of digital ergonomics and mobile-first principles.
