About the Role
The Campus & Student Services Coordinator acts as a central point of coordination for student services, campus operations, front-of-house management, and administrative support at GIA’s London campus. This role ensures a professional, welcoming, and efficient environment while managing relationships with students, visitors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, visitors, and vendors.
- Manage reception and front-of-house functions, including telephone, email, and in-person enquiries.
- Conduct campus tours and meetings with prospective students.
- Coordinate student swipe card access and monitoring.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and campus deliveries.
- Support student lifecycle processes including enrolment, registration, and record-keeping.
- Provide basic pastoral signposting for students.
- Liaise with building management regarding facilities, maintenance, and security protocols.
- Manage campus office supplies, inventory, and vendor ordering.
- Coordinate campus events such as Open Days, graduations, and career fairs.
- Assist with invoicing, expense coordination, and general financial administration.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, and document management.
Requirements
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
- Previous experience in student services, campus operations, office coordination, or corporate reception.
- Experience working within a client-facing corporate or professional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple operational responsibilities and stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
