About the Role
The Insights product is a new offering for Guidepoint's Institutional investment and corporate clients, providing teleconferences, surveys, and in-person events. The teleconferences are hosted in a transcript library portal covering a wide range of industries and topics to enable informed decision-making. Content features experts from Guidepoint’s global network and is conceptualized and hosted by former investment professionals, sell-side equity research analysts, and industry professionals.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Team Leads to plan primary research content covering biotech and pharma sectors.
- Lead interviews as a moderator with expert physicians, researchers, and industry executives from Guidepoint’s network.
- Prepare for interviews by analyzing public company SEC filings, investor presentations, news releases, and Wall Street research reports.
- Advance to lead a team in a strategist role (for top performers).
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of sell-side or buy-side analyst, corporate, or content generation experience.
- Proficiency in pathophysiology, clinical aspects of diseases, and basic mechanism of action of therapeutics.
- Familiarity with commercial and business aspects of therapeutics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate with professionals at all levels.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Willingness to train and mentor junior professionals.
