About the Role
As a Producer at Ubisoft Toronto, working on Splinter Cell, you will drive the development of the Object Bank mandates for the game. You will guide a multidisciplinary team to bring your assigned portion to life from start to end, optimizing their talents and ensuring development stays on pace while maintaining quality and a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the core team to understand and communicate the overall game vision and requirements.
- Establish the scope of your area of focus, including roadmap, schedule, deliverables, quality targets, milestones, development strategies, and budgets.
- Develop workflows and pipelines to facilitate production and interaction between colleagues.
- Work with outsourcing companies across different time zones, ensuring solid communication and clear expectations.
- Set clear goals for team members and ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Anticipate risks and implement action plans to overcome them.
- Clarify milestones, prioritize deliverables, provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback from the team.
- Sync up with lead producers, production directors, and production managers on progress, momentum, and budgets.
- Identify opportunities to improve and evolve production processes, methods, and practices.
- Participate in recruitment to build the team and foster professional growth.

- Strong experience in production or project management in the video game industry.
- Experience working with outsourcing companies and managing deliverables.
