About the Role
Barker Associates is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK. This role offers opportunities for career development within an award-winning, employee-owned consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Prepare calculations and hydraulic models with senior support
- Inspect infrastructure and write follow-up technical reports
- Draft documentation and project drawings for final issue
- Attend meetings including pre-contract visits and client briefs
Requirements
- Civil Engineering degree or an equivalent qualification
- Basic software knowledge of AutoCAD, InfoDrainage, and Civil 3D
- Professional drive to work toward EngTech, IEng, or CEng MICE
- Full clean driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- Subject to a DBS Enhanced check
