About the Role

We are seeking a curious and technically proficient individual to translate business requirements into intelligent automation, AI applications, and agent solutions for our Digital & AI Office. You will play a key role in driving the transformation of law firms and consultancies with AI.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements from legal, auditing, tax, and consulting into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and operate AI applications, automations, and agent systems for production use.
• Implement workflows and automations using technologies like Power Automate, Make, n8n, Copilot Studio, or similar platforms.
• Develop integrations between business applications, Microsoft 365, document management systems, and AI models via APIs and interfaces.
• Work with modern LLM technologies and support the development of RAG solutions, knowledge assistants, and AI agents.
• Evaluate new technologies, develop prototypes, and transition successful solutions into operational use.
• Collaborate closely with business units, IT, and external partners, guiding the introduction of new solutions to successful adoption.

Requirements

• Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable field, or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient programming in Python; .NET/C# knowledge is a plus.
• Initial practical experience with AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, Agent Frameworks).
• Familiarity with modern automation platforms like Power Automate, Make, n8n, or similar tools.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Proficiency with Git and modern development tools.
• Initial experience with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or the Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous.
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Clear communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level).
