About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead product management within Fidelity’s Center for Family Engagement, focusing on AI initiatives and new product development. This role involves planning and supporting key business deliverables and acting as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders. The position requires strong technical competency and the ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed team across various Fidelity departments. You will advance safe experimentation in the FinTech space, explore new technologies, and continuously provide value to customers, aiming to have a direct and positive impact. By promoting agile leadership, you will foster an innovative agile culture.
Responsibilities
- Managing the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to execution
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products through market research
- Building and teaching new design and development practices to support AI-enabled digital delivery
- Developing product proposals with clear functionality, customer value, time to market, and development requirements
- Developing product roadmaps with distinct milestones and defining prioritization
- Implementing a go-to-market plan, coordinating with all departments
- Analyzing potential partner relationships for product distribution
- Analyzing consumer trends and customer feedback to generate new product ideas
- Leading resources in the planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of releases and programs
- Partnering with other functional areas to drive strategy
- Developing and reporting on product measurement and metrics
- Improving support processes and customer experience
- Breaking down complex problems into manageable components
- Synthesizing data-driven insights into clear takeaways for decision-making
- Adapting approach to accommodate shifting priorities or new information
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management
- Project experience with AI (Voice AI a plus)
- Capable of partnering with and influencing individuals at all organizational levels
- Ability to effectively multi-task and manage time
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Demonstrated technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Customer focus and dedication to customer satisfaction
- An affinity for technology and staying up-to-date on industry innovations
