About the Role
The BI & Data Storytelling team transforms data, analysis, and AI outputs into visually engaging and actionable insights for clients across multiple sectors to improve business and marketing performance. This role is crucial in helping brands turn data and analysis into actionable insight, working with clients to design robust research approaches and translating business questions into effective methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track multiple concurrent consumer research projects across clients
- Manage project set-up, timelines, and delivery with research partners
- Track fieldwork progress and ensure smooth execution
- Design surveys and question sets aligned to client objectives
- Set up qualitative recruitment criteria and discussion guides
- Moderate qualitative research sessions where appropriate
- Work with clients to shape research briefs and approaches
- Manage relationships with research partners, including supplier performance reviews
- Negotiate costs and timelines with support from Business Operations
- Identify and introduce new quantitative and qualitative research approaches
- Improve how research integrates with wider analytics and insight outputs
Requirements
- Previous experience in a research executive role, including survey writing and design
- Previous experience of organising and facilitating focus groups
- Excellent written/verbal English
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task, quickly jumping from one project to another
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to engage stakeholders of all levels
- Problem-solver
- Proficient with MS Office
- Knowledge of, and interest in, the retail sector
