About the Role
Pronto Pilates is seeking a part-time Studio Operations Specialist for their Lane Cove studio. This hands-on role focuses on ensuring a 5-star member experience by maintaining the studio's cleanliness, comfort, and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning, adjusting, and maintaining exercise equipment
- Maintaining studio comfort and ambience by monitoring lighting, temperature and any odours
- Managing stock and coordinating deliveries
- Monitoring and troubleshooting the robot vacuum/mop
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for occasional studio maintenance needs
- On call to address occasional, urgent cleaning and maintenance needs
- Proactive engagement with members
- Connecting with local businesses to promote Pronto
- Reporting to your manager on essential studio stats
Requirements
- Meticulous about cleanliness and order
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Self-managing and taking initiative to always serve our members well
- Proven reliability in admin or supervisory roles
- Confidence to connect with members and local businesses
