About the Role

You will work within the product team to deliver end-to-end projects for an AI-enabled telemonitoring platform. You will take ownership of projects from scoping through implementation and post-launch iteration, contributing across the full stack while collaborating closely with the Product Lead.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end from concept through prototyping, experimentation, testing, and optimization.
• Break work into actionable projects and oversee delivery with junior developers.
• Close the loop between product and stakeholders through A/B experiments and feedback-driven improvements.
• Refine high-level requirements with stakeholders including sales, founders, and customers.
• Lead implementation by directing a project-based squad of engineers.
• Build and evolve frontend physician and patient interfaces.
• Develop backend components including APIs and data modeling.
• Follow patterns for error handling, versioning, and backward compatibility.
• Integrate custom ML models and AI services into product workflows.
• Uphold engineering standards including code reviews, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Ensure system observability through metrics, logs, traces, and alerting.
• Identify and reduce friction in delivery pipelines and test strategies.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in a STEM field.
• 3+ years of professional full-time full-stack experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript/React.
• Product and user-focused mindset with understanding of UX.
• Comfort with high ownership in a small, autonomous team.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
