About the Role
As a PayPal Teammate, you will be the go-to person helping Danish customers manage their accounts securely. Your focus is purely on delivering great service and hitting quality targets, with no selling involved.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with everyday account management, like updating their phone numbers or navigating the platform.
- Guide users through adding their bank cards or accounts and troubleshooting any issues they face.
- Help customers understand account limitations, report purchases, and handle sensitive, confidential data with the highest care.
- Connect with users through a mix of telephone calls, emails, and messaging systems.
Requirements
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in Danish (C1 level).
- Have a strong B2 level in English, essential for training and internal communications.
- Have at least one year of experience in a customer service, call center, or financial setting.
- Skilled at navigating modern software technologies, working across multiple tools, and managing chat queues efficiently.
- Excited to move to Greece and dive into a dynamic, international working culture.
