About the Role
As the Junior Graphic Designer, you will be a key connector between inter-departmental teams and the wider commercial business, working with sales, trading, agency account management, creative, HR, and tech. You will have the opportunity to take a brief and own it with team support, transforming concepts into visually stunning designs that make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Mock up posters for various screens to support commercial teams.
- Design interactive digital experiences.
- Create social media content.
- Design sales and marketing presentations.
- Develop email templates.
- Generate ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with Design and the wider Marketing team to develop supporting content into sales stories.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring the brand remains fresh and relevant.
- Support the wider Design Team using relevant Adobe software.
Requirements
- Creatively driven with a can-do attitude and ability to bring new ideas.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to take pride in delivering fantastic work.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Experience using the Ceros platform (desirable but not essential).
- Up to date with current design trends and best practice.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with a real eye for detail.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Able to balance workload effectively and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, changing business.
- A portfolio of at least 4 examples showcasing your own work.
- Confident using Apple Mac systems.
