Manage a portfolio of properties in alignment with company standards, collaborating with the Property Management Team Manager to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional service that fosters long-term landlord retention.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to drive growth and retention of landlords and the lettings portfolio.
- Perform Property Manager duties to the highest standard, leading by example with a proactive attitude.
- Offer second opinions based on experience.
- Coach new team members and guide them through their learning plans and apprenticeships.
- Assist the Team Manager in identifying potential new contractors.
- Promote the refurbishment team to enhance portfolio quality.
- Stay updated with relevant legislation.
- Motivate the team to achieve the business plan.
- Ensure the team adheres to best practices.

- Previous property management experience is essential.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
