About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging customer service at the checkout
- Accurately process transactions including cash, debit, credit, and gift cards
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked front-end area
- Assist customers with product questions and direct them to the right departments
- Support the team during busy periods and help keep lines moving efficiently
Requirements
- A positive, customer-first attitude
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable and punctual with flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Previous retail or cashier experience is an asset but not required
