About the Role

Join Chubb as a Product Services Manager to leverage your Commercial Lines expertise. This role involves navigating complex insurance products within a dynamic environment, focusing on product development, regulatory compliance, and system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to develop and file new Commercial Lines products, coverages, and rating plans.
• Maintain assigned Commercial Lines products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement approved rate, rule, and form changes in policy issuance systems.
• Direct Commercial Lines filings to ensure expedited approvals and resolve filing objections.
• Perform regulatory product reviews and draft state amendatory language.
• Analyze legislative changes and develop advisory bulletins.
• Provide technical counsel on the utilization of policy issuance systems.
• Support regulatory compliance activities, including audits and Market Conduct Examinations.
• Research and develop internal reference tools for product issues.
• Provide detailed product requirements to IT and third-party vendors for system implementation.
• Prepare and submit filings via SERFF and manage objection responses.
• Monitor and communicate Reference Organization (ISO) changes.
• Manage assigned special projects.
