About the Role

As the first dedicated Product Manager for PartsOS, you will own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, working alongside the founder. You will transform a critical industry problem into a trusted software solution for factories, driving product strategy and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes from discovery through delivery, including customer interaction, problem definition, and solution shipping.
• Shape the end-to-end solution, from customer problem identification to user interface design, simplifying a complex domain.
• Engage directly with data and planning logic, including querying data, understanding forecasting and optimization models, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate AI into the product to solve real customer problems, making it a core feature.
• Maintain close customer relationships across various industries and translate learnings into roadmap development and measurable impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience for B2B, enterprise, or technical/data-heavy products, with ownership from discovery to delivery.
• Proficiency in hands-on data analysis, including querying, understanding optimization/forecasting models, and troubleshooting.
• Genuine fluency with AI, including its application in solving customer problems.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, usable product experiences.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to customer engagement and ambiguity.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong working German is a plus.
• Exposure to ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, or other complex industrial domains is beneficial.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
