About the Role

You will support the ProRepair Toronto team by professionally handling incoming calls, assisting with billing and administrative processing, contacting customers for repair approvals and service updates, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and providing general administrative and operational support to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive customer experience.
