About the Role
ING Netherlands is seeking a professional to join their Mortgages team, focusing on the design, development, and operation of a new datastore to support mortgage data exchange. The role involves working in a multidisciplinary, agile environment to provide financial and emotional stability to customers.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate a new datastore for ING Mortgages data exchange
- Administer IT-Risk and Security controls
- Participate in audits
- Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
- Manage configuration, change, incidents, and problems
- Automate and execute test cases
- Build and automate deployment processes
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data quality, and data integration patterns
- 8+ years of Java backend development experience
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with an impact-oriented mindset
