About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Shift Lead to support, inspire, and guide our team in delivering a fun and engaging in-store experience. This role involves managing both sales floor and back-of-house operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fun, engaging, and memorable customer experience aligned with brand standards
• Act as a role model on the sales floor to drive sales and customer engagement
• Coach and support team members to achieve individual and store sales targets
• Set clear expectations and ensure team accountability during shifts
• Maximize sales opportunities by guiding behaviors on the sales floor and in the back-of-house
• Support team development through ongoing coaching and on-the-job training
• Analyze store performance and contribute to action plans to improve results
• Communicate effectively with the team and management to ensure alignment on priorities
• Support the execution of company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Assist with inventory management, stock flow, and back-of-house organization
• Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
• Support loss prevention, safety, and compliance with company policies
• Assist in controlling store expenses and optimizing resources
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
• Strong ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
• Solid understanding of retail metrics and ability to respond to business needs
• Comfortable making decisions and supporting conflict resolution
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Ability to identify and support the growth of top talent
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable using ladders or step stools
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and carrying items
