About the Role
Join our dynamic team in Greece representing Canon, assisting German-speaking consumers with product inquiries, setup, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat. No advanced technical background is needed as fully paid, expert training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Connect with German-speaking consumers via inbound phone calls, emails, and live chats to assist with product inquiries, order updates, and basic setup questions.
- Help users with scenarios like printer setup, installation, finding the perfect camera, or troubleshooting error codes.
- Focus on native German language, while occasionally utilizing translation tools to assist customers across written channels.
- Learn the ins and outs of both Customer Care and Technical Support.
Requirements
- Native or C1-level fluency in German.
- Good working command of English (B2) for training and systems.
- Good general PC knowledge.
- Familiarity with Windows or Mac OS.
- Steady typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- An open, customer-oriented personality with solid problem-solving skills.
