About the Role
As a Master Mechanic (m/f/d), you will be the technical point of contact in the workshop, supporting the workshop management in daily operations. You will be responsible for diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of vehicles, from classic cars to electric vehicles, and will guide and technically support mechanics, journeymen, and apprentices.
Responsibilities
- Technical responsibility for diagnosis, maintenance, and repair – from classic cars to electric cars
- Support workshop management with organization and processes in daily business
- Guidance and technical support of mechanics, journeymen, and apprentices
- Participation in complex diagnostics and technical questions
- Operational work in the workshop
Requirements
- Completed master craftsman examination in the automotive technician trade or a comparable trade
- Practical experience in vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repair
- Responsible and structured approach to daily work
- Physically fit (standing and walking up to 8 hours/day)
- Experience as a master mechanic or automotive mechatronics technician with master qualification
- Support for the recognition of qualifications acquired abroad

Salary/Compensations
- EUR 3300 - EUR 3500 monthly
