About the Role
As a Master Mechanic, you will serve as the technical point of contact in the workshop, supporting the workshop manager in daily operations, guiding staff, and performing complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical responsibility for diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles ranging from vintage cars to electric vehicles
- Support the workshop manager with organization and daily operational processes
- Guide and provide technical support to mechanics, journeymen, and apprentices
- Assist with complex diagnostics and technical issues
- Perform hands-on operational work in the workshop
Requirements
- Completed master craftsman examination in automotive technology or a comparable trade
- Practical experience in diagnostics, maintenance, and vehicle repair
- Responsible and structured approach to daily work
- Physical fitness for standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day
