Responsibilities

  • Supporting laptop and device lifecycle (setup, allocation, offboarding)
  • Assisting with onboarding and access provisioning
  • Helping document IT processes and workflows
  • Supporting SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, Slack, Jira, etc.
  • Assisting with audits, compliance checks, and IT inventory
  • Helping with improvements and small automation tasks
  • Coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • IT operations support for Berlin office and international locations

Requirements

  • Enrolled as a student (IT, engineering, business informatics, or similar)
  • Curious about how IT works in a real company
  • Reliable, structured, and proactive
  • Comfortable learning new tools and processes
  • Willing to ask questions and take ownership
  • Able to work in English (German is a plus, not mandatory)
