About the Role

As a Fleet Specialist in Berlin, you will maintain electric vehicles and ensure smooth city operations. You will rotate between mechanical tasks and in-field operations, with daily guidance from your Team Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and deploy Voi vehicles across the city
  • Locate and retrieve damaged vehicles
  • Swap batteries to keep vehicles ready to ride
  • Carry out on-site repairs and diagnose mechanical issues
  • Dismantle and recycle vehicles beyond repair
  • Receive, inspect and prepare new vehicles and batteries at the warehouse
  • Support teammates in the field by repositioning vehicles, clearing parking spots, and flagging issues

Requirements

  • Holds a valid driving license for Germany (Class B for a minimum of 2 years)
  • Feels comfortable driving around Berlin in varying conditions
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and is happy to take initiative when needed
  • Likes sharing knowledge and helping colleagues grow
  • Approaches problems practically and focuses on getting things done
  • Stays calm and composed when things get busy
  • Can physically handle and move vehicles and batteries, using the tools and support provided

Experience Level

  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience with a German Class B license
